Revenue Radar · The audit engine

The difference between an audit and a list of opinions.

Every agency will tell you what is wrong with your marketing. Very few will tell you what fixing it is worth, how hard it is, and therefore what to do first. Revenue Radar is how we do the second part.

Why we built it

Audits from most agencies are a list of findings with no weighting. Everything is a problem, nothing has a number attached, and the recommended plan is remarkably often the full service package. An owner reading it has no way to tell which finding matters and which is filler.

The enterprise tools that do score properly are priced for enterprise and calibrated against enterprise benchmarks, which makes their output meaningless for a business turning over two million dollars in one city. So we built the version that works at small business scale.

What it actually does

How Revenue Radar works.

Built for a business your size, which is the whole reason it exists. The enterprise equivalents are calibrated against companies nothing like yours.

  • Benchmarks against your category and sizeA dental practice in a city of two hundred thousand should be earning a certain amount from local search. A manufacturer selling nationally should not. The comparison is against businesses like yours rather than against a generic average.
  • Scores every channel you ownSearch visibility, listings, social, email, paid, reviews, and website conversion, each measured against what it should be contributing rather than against last year.
  • Puts a dollar figure on each gapAn incomplete Google Business Profile is not just a finding, it is an estimated monthly figure based on the search volume it is failing to capture in your area.
  • Rates difficulty honestlySome gaps close in a week and some take six months. Without that dimension a ranked list is useless, because the highest value opportunity is frequently not the one to start with.
  • Produces a ranked planSorted by return against effort, so the sequence of work is arithmetic rather than a matter of anyone's preference, including ours.
What you get

What lands on your desk.

Everything Revenue Radar produces belongs to you. The outputs, the data, and the reporting are yours to keep and to take elsewhere if we ever part ways.

Deliverables

  • A written document covering every channel, scored, with a dollar estimate and a difficulty rating on each gap.
  • A side by side against your top three local competitors on visibility, reviews, content, and offer.
  • A ranked plan showing what to do first, second, and third, and what each is expected to return.
  • An explicit list of what we recommend you do not spend money on yet, and why.
Questions

Common questions

Do I have to become a client to get this?

No. The audit is a fixed fee, it is credited against your first month if you continue, and you keep the document either way. Several businesses have taken it to another agency and that is genuinely fine.

How is the dollar figure calculated?

From search volume, category conversion patterns, and your own average customer value. It is an estimate and we present it as one, with the assumptions written down so you can challenge them.

What if the audit says our marketing is fine?

Then we say so and we do not quote a campaign. It happens. Occasionally the constraint is the offer, the pricing, or the front desk rather than the marketing, and you are better served hearing that.

Tell us what you sell and where you think the marketing is falling down. A senior member of the pod will come back with an honest read on what the audit would likely find, what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all. If it is not, we will say so.
