Service

The businesses winning on video are the ones that kept going.

Not the ones with the best cameras. Short form rewards consistency and specificity far more than production value, which is genuinely good news for a small business with a phone and something worth showing.

Why most small business video stops

It gets scoped too ambitiously. A shoot day, a crew, and six polished pieces that take a month to produce and are exhausted in three weeks. Then nothing, because repeating it is expensive.

The version that works is built around what you can actually sustain. Clips filmed on a phone during work you were doing anyway, edited and captioned by us, published on a schedule. Less impressive individually and far more effective over a year.

What we do

  • Formats matched to your capacityWe design the programme around the time you genuinely have, not around what would look best in a proposal.
  • Scripting and shot listsSo filming takes minutes rather than an afternoon of deciding what to say.
  • Editing and captioningMost short form is watched without sound. Captions are not optional and doing them properly matters.
  • Distribution everywhereOne piece of filming cut for each platform it suits, rather than the same aspect ratio posted four times.
  • Content pulled from work you already doJobs in progress, before and after, questions you answer weekly. The material already exists.
  • Performance reviewed monthlyWhich formats earn attention in your category, so the programme sharpens rather than repeating.
How we work

What we ask of you

Roughly twenty minutes a week of filming, usually on a phone, during work that is happening anyway. We provide the prompts and the shot list so nobody has to decide what to make.

If you would rather not be on camera at all, that is workable. Hands, process, results, and team carry a surprising amount, though a recognisable face does outperform in every category we have measured.

Questions

Common questions

We are not comfortable on camera. Can this still work?

Yes. Process and result content performs well and requires nobody to present. It is worth knowing that a face outperforms consistently, so if anyone on the team is willing, use them.

What do we film on?

A recent phone. Genuinely. Lighting and audio matter far more than the camera, and both are solvable cheaply. We would rather you filmed more often than better.

How often should we post?

Two to three short pieces a week is a realistic target for most small businesses and enough to build momentum. Consistency matters more than volume.

Which platforms?

The same clip usually serves Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. We cut for each rather than posting one file everywhere, which platforms detect and suppress.

Start with the audit.

Tell us what you sell and where you think the marketing is falling down. A senior member of the pod will come back with an honest read on what the audit would likely find, what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all. If it is not, we will say so.
